0x8004010F: Outlook data file cannot be accessed

Solution, instead of creating a new profile:

  • In Outlook click File>Account Settings>Account Settings
  • Change Folder
  • New Outlook Data File (any name, temporary file)
  • Set Inbox folder in new data file
  • Repeat set inbox folder in all accounts
  • Click send/receive
  • Restart Outlook
  • Move new mail to correct folders
  • Go Account Settings
  • Set inbox folder in all accounts to
  • Delete temporary data file
