Installing Hyper-V Linux Integration Services On CentOS

Add both NICs to virtual machine, download Linux Integration Components from Microsoft Download site, and mount on Hyper-V.

mkdir /mnt/cdrom
mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
Run install.sh from cdrom.

Shutdown, remove the Legacy Adapter, reboot.

Modify /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 to match the MAC of the full-speed NIC.
Modify /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules, the first device change the MAC addr to match the full-speed NIC. Comment out the “SUBSYSTEM” line underneath.
Run this command:

chattr +i /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
